Returns & Refunds

At Jobalots, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their purchases in the best possible condition. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns once delivery has been accepted. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the item’s condition, and no responsibility will be taken for any discrepancies in the description or quantities of the order thereafter. No credits or refundswill be issued in these cases.

If an order is wholly or partially damaged in transit, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, a full refund will be processed. Please note, you may only refuse delivery if the order is visibly damaged. If the product is refused for any other reason, no refund will be issued upon its return to us, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery and any additional charges incurred by the refusal.

Once an order has been accepted from the courier, it cannot be refused at a later time.

Please be aware that goods purchased fromfindmyguide are sold as ‘Trade’, and therefore, consumer protection laws that apply to non-trade transactions do not cover your purchase. Regardless of the classification of the stock, all merchandise sold on this platform is sold as-is, without any warranties or guarantees. Sample/Beta this may be something you see on some products in our store. These products are one off samples and are being beta tested, they are new and have went through testing, but they are not being sold in large quantity's and have basic packaging and information. 

We hold no responsibility to these products so they are bought as seen and come with no guarantee, they are significantly reduced in price for this reason. For more information please send a mail on site or message use, we are more than happy to give you what information we hold on the products.

Pre Order terms of any product with a this in the title and or description is a reserve order.

• This means this product may take longer to produce and dispatch. 

• Pre Orders will need to be specify witch variants of the product are expected in the notes at check out.

• You Reserve the right to cancel and get a refund but may incur an admin fee of £5 if the product was a special order. 

• Some pre order stock may need to be shipped in and take up to and exeed 40 days.
