The climbing wall at Plymouth Life Centre is part of one of the South West’s largest leisure and recreation complexes, offering a tall indoor rope climbing wall, wide range of routes and a dedicated bouldering area suitable for beginners through experienced climbers. The facility runs both casual (walk‑in) sessions and structured coached opportunities for individuals, families, children and groups.

Gym / Climbing Wall

 • One of the largest indoor climbing walls in the South West, with mixed rope routes ranging approximately 6 m–16 m in height. 

 • Over 120+ routes on ~44 roped lines, including top‑rope, lead and auto‑belays. 

 • Separate bouldering room with varied problems for strength, balance and skill development. 

 • Weekly route resets and training challenges to keep climbs fresh and engaging. 

 • Instructed sessions including kids climbing, beginner courses, coaching, birthday parties and adult beginner sessions are available.
