Parthian Climbing Southampton is a large indoor climbing centre offering a wide range of climbing activities for all abilities. The modern facility features extensive top-rope and lead climbing routes, auto-belays, a large bouldering area, training gym spaces, coaching sessions, kids activities, a café and a gear shop. It opened in April 2021 and has become one of the main climbing destinations in the Southampton area.

🅿️ Parking: Free accessible parking available on site at Adanac Park with step-free access to the centre. 

Gym / Climbing Wall

 • Rope Climbing: Over 120 top-rope and lead routes for beginner to advanced climbers across varied angles and wall features. 

 • Auto-Belays: More than 25 auto-belay routes including official 10 m IFSC speed walls for solo training. 

 • Bouldering: Over 150 boulder problems across 7 circuits, including a replica of the Tokyo 2021 Olympic boulder wall. 

 • Gym & Training: Dedicated training areas with boards and gym facilities for strength and climbing fitness. 

 • Courses & Coaching: Introductory sessions, NICAS youth courses and coaching for adults and children. 

 • Shop: On-site gear shop with climbing equipment and accessories.
