Indoor climbing arena at the York Leisure Centre featuring a range of colourful, adventurous climbing walls designed for fun and accessible climbing for all ages (from around 4 years upwards). The walls use auto-belay systems so participants can climb without a partner and are suitable for families, beginners, and casual climbers alike. A safety induction briefing is provided before climbing.

Opening times

York Leisure Centre basic opening times (which include access to Clip N’ Climb sessions):

Monday – Friday: approx 06:30 – 21:30

Saturday: approx 08:00 – 18:00

Sunday: approx 08:00 – 18:00
